Graduation Pics

Spencer's graduation was awesome. There were two different ceremonies. The first one is commencement where they get their hoods. I took the kids to that one and they had a lot of fun seeing "Papa". We yelled and cheered really loud. Lily was a bit late on the yelling so she started yelling "Papa" when they were calling the next person's name. Spencer said that he heard her. We had awesome seats so Spencer got to walk right past us two times and the kids were so happy to see him. The graduation ceremony was the second day and I knew that this would be bigger and longer so our friend Maria babysat the kids and just I went. It was very cool to see Spencer all dressed up. We also had a blast seeing so many beloved friends. We really enjoyed seeing everyone and we felt so loved. Ollie and Lily had fun playing with their friends. We loved our three years in Lubbock and have so many fond memories. It was wonderful to go back and remember.

Here's a nice family photo.

Ollie was telling Lily to turn her head and look at the camera. Lily was telling us she has "chubby cheeks".

Spencer all dressed up.

Look how happy he looks. :)

Hats

Lily loves hats. Anything that looks like it could be a hat gets turned into a hat. She doesn't really like to keep them on. She likes practicing putting them on and then taking them off. One of her favorite hats is actually an old whipped cream tub. It's the perfect size. However, I did throw it away when we moved. I'm just not into moving things that are really garbage. We will have to get her another one.

Stretching

Before I go jogging I stretch. Ollie loves to stretch with me and I have taught him several stretches. Most mornings when I stretch he is right there with me. Lily is in the copycat stage. She wants to do ANYTHING Ollie is doing. Here are a few cute pictures of the three of us stretching.

Future Missionary

Ollie came out of his room all dressed up and ready for his mission. He had his suitcase, his special Canada tie (thanks Uncle Nate), his special "shoes", and his Book of Mormon (well loved). He had even written his name on a piece of paper and used a paperclip to stick it to his shirt. Thankfully he had not given himself a missionary haircut. That is something we have not told him about yet. :)

Pigtails

Lily's hair is getting really long, but only on the top of her head. I've tried many times to get it to comb back but it seems to grow straight forward. I tried to put pigtails in. It took me about 10 minutes to do. She kept it in for under 5 minutes. Hmmmm, not worth the time and effort.

Floor??

One night I went to check on Ollie. This is how I found him.

He had spread out a blanket on his floor and fallen asleep. His perfectly good bed was empty. I'm not sure what he was thinking. :)

Let Me Out

Lily loves to play outside. She loves to crawl over to the window and see what is happening outside. This picture was actually taken a few weeks ago and at our last apartment something was always happening outside.
